As Master Roaster for Piazza D'Oro Espresso, Wayne plays an integral role in developing and maintaining our espresso blends for the local markets. Wayne sources superior quality Arabica and Robusta beans from around the world, cupping daily, sample roasting, and profiling, thereby ensuring the highest quality is maintained in our wide range of premium coffees.
Steeped in coffee heritage, Piazza D'Oro Espresso has been crafted by Douwe Egberts, who internationally is one of the largest coffee roasters with over 250 years of coffee history.
